Making Infused Vodka and Gin
Learn how to infuse vodka with dried or fresh fruits to make flavored vodka or with botanicals to make gin. Sample preparations and recipes will be shared with participants to guide them in the process. After the instructor explains the process participants will make three jars of their special blends.
On the second night the infused vodka will then be strained and filtered into three 375 ml bottles for participants to take home.
All participants will need to bring a 1-litre bottle of vodka for the first night.
Who Should Attend:
Anyone who is curious about how the process works and likes to experiment. Participants must be over 21 (Id will be checked).
What You Need to Bring:
A 1-litre bottle of vodka and your crazy scientist spirit.
