Sip n Sketch: Plant Journaling at Montana Audubon Center
Our in-house artist, Dawn Nelson, will be teaching the basics of drawing plants in a two-part series in March and April, followed by an outdoor excursion in late spring to practice nature journaling. Choose from the center’s collection of dried specimens or from early spring plants to find the perfect inspiration. Dawn will provide an introductory framework for the process and assist with tips and tricks throughout the evening. Come sip some wine, start your artist sketchbook, and create wonderful plant drawings! All levels welcome!
