Billings, Mont., Monday, February 2, 2025: Undammed Distilling Co. is raising a glass to five years of craft with the debut of Pryor Creek Bourbon, a new whiskey created in celebration of both the milestone and the Billings community that helped make it possible. Inspired by the waterways of the Yellowstone watershed that shape every Undammed spirit, the bourbon takes its name from Pryor Creek, a local stream with deep regional roots.
Keeping the release close to home, Pryor Creek Bourbon will be available exclusively in Billings—at local liquor retailers and at the Undammed tasting room.
“Five years in, we’re still driven by the same goal: make spirits that reflect this place and give people a reason to gather,” said Allen Hodges, owner of Undammed Distilling Co. “Naming this bourbon after Pryor Creek is a tribute to the Yellowstone watershed that inspires our lineup—and to the Billings community that’s supported us from day one.”

The event will include live music from local singer-songwriter Jenna Greenwell, along with bourbon cocktails, light appetizers/light bites, and bottles available for purchase.
