Hilton Garden Inn

Located in West Billings, the Hilton Garden Inn offers 128 guest rooms and 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Six meeting rooms, banquets for up to 200 guests

Northern Hotel

History meets unpretentious luxury in this downtown hotel offering 160 guest rooms and 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Six meeting rooms, banquets for up to 450 guests. 

Unique Venues

Billings Depot

Designed by the chief engineer of the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1909, this Billings centerpiece had a cameo in the movie “Far and Away.” Capacity: 500 guests.

Pub Station

This renovated Greyhound bus station features a tap house and concert hall. Capacity: 400 to 800 guests.

Camelot Ranch

Rustic charm, modern facilities and a pristine country setting welcome groups to a pastoral getaway within reach of the city. Barn capacity: 300 guests. Total capacity: 500 guests.

Alberta Bair Theatre

Debuting in 1931 as The Fox Theater, this elegant movie house has been renovated to support events and concerts. Capacity: 1,350 guests.

Yellowstone Art Museum

Offering four different venue options, this nationally recognized museum features spacious halls and ever-changing art exhibits. Capacity: Varies.


Take a walk on the wild side at Montana’s only zoo and botanical garden, offering five different venues to accommodate a variety of events. Capacity: Varies.
